I was surfing pinterest and came across this from Dr. Axe about the importance of magnesium. He says,

I bought these magnesium flakes from amazon. I filled a glass spray bottle about 1/3 full with the flakes.

2016-09-28-09-47-46Then I added 10 drops each of lavender and roman chamomile and topped it off with filtered water. The flakes dissolve in the water. easy peasy!

I spray my feet right before bed and sleep like a baby!
